Terms and Conditions

-Full payment from renter must be received by Lot of Fun 460 LLC prior to your reservation.

-Lot of Fun 460 is a cigarette-free space.  No cigarette smoking is allowed.

-Renter agrees to enter and exit Lot of Fun 460 only between the times of your reserved rental period.

-Renter acknowledges that Lot of Fun 460 is in a residential neighborhood and therefore agrees to control the noise level of the event so it does not disturb neighboring occupants.  In the event that the renter‘s event creates a disturbance due to high noise volume, renter shall immediately reduce noise volume. 

-Lot of Fun 460 LLC takes no responsibility for possessions left on the premises during or after any event.  We do maintain a lost and found and will do our absolute best to hold any remaining items and reach out to renter to obtain any recovered items.

-Renter acknowledges that Lot of Fun 460 LLC reserves the right to take pictures of your event and use them for our marketing and promotional purposes.

-Renter agrees to use the trash bins provided and restore the Lot of Fun 460 premises to its original condition at the conclusion of your rental period.

-Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Lot of Fun 460 LLC, its officers and employees harmless of and from any and all claims of injury, loss, liabilities, costs, penalties, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of and/or resulting from the rental and use of the Lot of Fun 460 premises. 

-Renter agrees to comply with all applicable city, state, and federal laws and shall conduct no illegal act while on the Lot of Fun 460 premises.

-Renter acknowledges that Lot of Fun 460 is a drug free premises at all times.

-Renter shall not sell alcohol on the Lot of Fun 460 premises at any time nor serve alcohol to minors on the Lot of Fun 460 premises at any time.

-Renter and guests shall use the Lot of Fun 460 premises in a considerate manner at all times.

-Renter acknowledges that conduct deemed disorderly, at the sole discretion of Lot of Fun 460 LLC, shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the Lot of Fun 460 premises and conclude the rental period.

-Lot of Fun 460 LLC will assign a rain date/alternative date as the in the case of inclement weather.  For Saturday events, the rain date will be the Sunday immediately following the initial reservation date or any other Saturday still available in the 2024 season. For weekday events, renter may choose any other weekday still available in the 2024 season.
